Am I committing to anything by booking a survey?
No. Booking a slot only reserves a time for the visit. It does not commit you to installation or to proceeding in any way.
What happens after I book?
You get an email confirmation straight away and the time is held in our calendar. We come to your home at that slot to survey the roof, shading, and electrical setup in person.
What does the survey check?
Roof condition and access, shading, usable roof area, mounting feasibility, electrical routing, DB constraints, inverter placement, and the system size that would realistically fit your home.
Will my details be shared with the installer partner?
Only if you decide to go ahead. We run the survey and give you the honest numbers, and if you choose to proceed, we hand over to our licensed installer partner to design and quote the installation.
What if I am not ready to book a visit?
